The days when I wore a watch on my wrist are long gone and these days my mobile phone is my sole form of time telling.

It's a pretty good alternative to a more old-fashioned timepiece, but I often wish I didn't have to squint at the small clock display so much just to find out what time it is.

Well, thanks to Large Time Screensaver I don't have to anymore because the utility shows the time in big, bold numerals whenever the phone is idle.

The screensaver can be enabled fairly easily by enabling it in your themes application. once installed it will display not only the time but also other information such as the date and the number of unopened messages and missed calls.

There's a fair amount of customization available such as the ability to change the background color of the screensaver, although unfortunately at the moment there is no analog clock display.
